WE DID IT!!!!

Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve reached our $1 million goal for the endowment fund! We are profoundly grateful for your generosity and belief in our mission to provide meaningful support for graduating seniors. Your contributions make a significant impact, empowering deserving WHS graduates to pursue their educational dreams -  often making the crucial difference between continuing their education or having to set it aside. Thank you for helping make these dreams a reality! Each donation, no matter how big or small, serves as a testament of your commitment to fostering the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and innovators, many of whom return to give back to the Woodlake community.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved George Clausen. As one of the founding members of the Foundation he holds a special place in our heart. The family has requested in lieu of flowers donations be made to our Endowment Fund in his honor. He was a big supporter of WHS students, and growing our Funding The Future Endowment Fund was one of his greatest honors. Online donations can be made through one of the following links or by sending a check with "Clausen Family Scholarship" in the memo line to

PO Box 475,

Educating students is a task that is never complete. It’s on-going and needs continued support.

The purpose of our Foundation is to generate significant financial support for projects which otherwise would not be possible within the budget of our district, while also creating scholarships for our well deserving seniors to further their education.

With generous donations… both are possible.

EVENTS

Whether they are school functions or Alumni events there is something always going on at Woodlake. Take a look and see what is coming up next!

Interested in being a Volunteer?

The WHS Foundation Board is always looking for volunteers to help plan and implement events that benefit WHS students. Each year brings new events and new volunteering opportunities such as interviewing students for scholarships or exit interviews or setting up for award events. We hope you will join our new Tiger Volunteer Database and continue to support our students in new ways!

“I have had the opportunity to get to know some of the families and community as an elementary school teacher at Castle Rock in Woodlake. I see the potential in the students I interact with at the beginning of their school journey. By supporting the WHS Foundation you directly support the dreams and aspirations of these students, which in turn will forever impact the future generations to come.”

Nancy Clausen Gordon — President, WHS Foundation Board
