Rick Rodriguez
Rick grew up in Woodlake, CA and attended all Woodlake schools from pre-school to high school. After graduating from Woodlake High School in 1989, he attended College of the Sequoias and then transferred to CSU Fresno. He received a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics in 1995 and returned back to Woodlake to begin his career in education that same year. Later, he attended Fresno Pacific University and completed a Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis in Secondary Mathematics. Mr. Rodriguez was promoted to Assistant Superintendent for WUSD in March 2020 after serving six years as the Principal of WHS. Prior to that, he had also served four years as the Assistant Principal for WHS and 14 years as a math teacher for both Woodlake Valley Middle School and WHS. He lives in Visalia, CA with his wife, and has raised 6 children and 4 grandchildren.
