Laura Manser
Laura was the 2021 Woodlake Woman of the Year for her dedication to the City of Woodlake. She has been dedicated to bringing back the Woodlake Rose Garden through her membership in the Tulare County Master Gardener program and the Woodlake Kiwanis Club. She is currently consulting with the WHS Ag Department and Proteus as a new member on the WHS Ag Department Advisory Board. Laura is an active member of the Woodlake Kiwanis Club and has worked with WHS Community Service Students almost every Saturday for the past 4 years. Her work ethic and follow through are amazing.
