Mr. Garcia was a beloved Band Director at WHS a back in the early 70's. It seemed like Mr. Garcia could talk anyone into becoming a member of the Tiger Band.  He was one of the most enthusiastic teachers at the time.

Criteria: For student(s) who will major in Music or the Arts.
