Fred & Rena Ogilvie were WHS alumni who endowed a yearly scholarship at WHS for engineering or medicine majors. Their daughter Alice, and her husband David Schwartz, founded Bio-Rad in 1952, a high-tech chemical instrument company, now based in Hercules, California.

Criteria: Majoring in the field of Science, Engineering or Medicine and a resident of Three Rivers, CA.
